CDM 2015
CDM 2015 competent demolition and strip-out
The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 came into force on 6 April 2015, replacing CDM 2007, and apply to all construction projects, including demolition. We are CDM 2015 competent and work within your project’s CDM arrangements, whether we are a subcontractor to a main contractor or working direct for a developer or council.
On every project we provide:

- Construction phase plan (CPP) contributions
- COSHH assessments

Before we mobilise, we issue RAMS and a demolition sequence for your review. Where the scope needs it, temporary works are agreed with your engineer.

OUR PEOPLE
Carded, supervised and directly managed
- CCDO demolition operatives. Every demolition operative holds a CCDO card (Certificate of Competence of Demolition Operatives).
- CPCS plant operators. Our plant operators are CPCS carded.
- SMSTS / SSSTS supervision. Our site supervisors hold SMSTS or SSSTS.
- PAYE core team, supplemented by CIS subcontractors we have worked with for years.
- A director on every job. Tom Keenan or Ryan Lee is involved from the first site visit to the final invoice.
ASBESTOS
Asbestos handled within the programme
We carry out non-licensed and notifiable non-licensed asbestos works in house. Licensed asbestos removal is delivered through our licensed asbestos partner and coordinated by us within the programme.
To price a package we need an asbestos survey (R&D for demolition; management or R&D for strip-out), or confirmation that one is being commissioned.

Plant and waste
We run our own tracked excavators (20t, 14t and 8t) with breaker, selector grab and bucket attachments, plus dust suppression. Waste leaves site on our own caged vehicles under our own carrier licence, with a transfer note for every load.
