CASE STUDY
Osborne+Co were delivering a £30M turnkey refurbishment of the Santander UK headquarters at Regent’s Place. Our package was the strip-out: taking six floors of occupied-standard office space, plus the ground floor and main lobby, back to shell ahead of the fit-out.
Work ran floor by floor to suit the main contractor’s sequence. Partitions, suspended ceilings, raised floors, floor finishes, joinery and M&E second fix came out and were segregated for recycling on each floor before removal through the building’s goods lift and loading bay, on a central London site with tight delivery windows and a live neighbouring occupier.
Live services were encountered part way through the programme. They were isolated and resolved with the M&E contractor without stopping the job, and the strip-out completed in step with the refurbishment programme.
